Where are BIG About It! items made: All BIG About It! items are printed in the United States, using Eco-friendly inks, that are non-toxic, non-hazardous and soluble in water.
How long before my item/items ship? Please allow 3-7 days for your items to ship out. Most items are in stock and will ship out sooner.
Shipping: Transit times will vary depending on your proximity to our distribution warehouse. Please be aware that transit times are in addition to our fulfillment time. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days, after your order has been filled.
Delayed or missing packages: You will need to contact the courier, if you have questions or concerns about your shipment. BIG About It!, has no control over your package once it is handed over to the courier. Therefore, BIG About It! does not have control over delayed or missing packages that may arise from carrier handling; including delayed, lost, misplaced or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges: All purchases are 100% guaranteed by BIG About It! If you are not happy with your purchase from BIG About It!, during the first 30 days of purchase, please let us know. BIG About It!, will be happy to except your return or exchange; as long as item/items are in new condition and in original packaging.
BIG About It!, will not be able to except returns or exchange item/items that have been worn, stained, smell of fragrances or otherwise used.
Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges must be paid by the buyer; unless in the event of a fulfillment error or manufacturing defect, then BIG About It! will cover cost of shipping. We suggest that you get a tracking number for you return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
