Refund policy

All purchases are 100% guaranteed by BIG About It! If you are not happy with your purchase from BIG About It!, during the first 30 days of purchase, please let us know. BIG About It!, will be happy to except your return or exchange; as long as item/items are in new condition and in original packaging. 

BIG About It!, will not be able to except returns or exchange item/items that have been worn, stained, smell of fragrances or otherwise used.   

Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges must be paid by the buyer; unless in the event of a fulfillment error or manufacturing defect, then BIG About It! will cover cost of shipping.  We suggest that you get a tracking number for you return.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Returns and exchanges must include the original packing slip including your return authorization number, along with how you would like your return or exchange handled.
